Going there in the Fall. Need a roommate

Hi! I'm looking for some roommates. I think I have found a house that someone will lease to me. I am going to Cal Poly Pomona in the Fall.

The house is located in Chino Hills and it's 15 minutes away from Pomona! I was looking in Chino cause I was reading some posting on this forum and people kept saying Pomona is a scary area! I'm not sure about the area of So-cal. So if you guys have any tips for me on which area to live! That'd be great!

It's in a nice area and a nice neighborhood. I need 2 roommates, females preferred, maybe males are okaye (just contact me), preferrably students unless you have a job. Must be clean! You will be sharing a bathroom. The house will have cable, dsl and all the amenities. This is a pet friendly home.

Not sure the rent yet, but I'm assuming around 500-550. Maybe that includes utilities? Not sure, but if you're interested please contact me and I'll keep you updated!

The nicest cities closest to campus here is Walnut, Diamond Bar, Philip Ranch, some part of West Covina nearby Walnut. Chino or Chino Hills is also nice but Chino Hills is too smelly (smell of manure).
