Email Confirmation

I registered like on Monday here but I could not post or create a new thread. I tried seeking help on Forum Feedback but wouldn't let me. I was like....wth.

Later to realize, I had to click on a confirmation link that was sent to my e-mail. After registration, does it tell you that you need to check your email? I don't remember seeing that.

I didn't have to check my email after registration.
Maybe the registration changed?

Yup. Check out January 2004 announcement. It should tell the new registrant about e-mail activation. Let me go check it out later to make sure though.

Ic. Because right after the registration, I didn't see about checking my email for confirmation. I was very puzzled when I could'nt post or open new thread. Oh well.
