Server Bandwidth Increase Effective Sept 28th 2004

I am pleased to announce that the server capacity will be upgraded to 384kb/s which translates into roughly 40KB/sec transfer rate from the server. That is about a double in increase of throughput.

Users on dialup will not see an increase in load time, but broadband users will. This change will be effective Sept 28th 2004. If you got a few minutes, voice your thoughts here.

Extremely slow eh?

Any particular use that is extremely slow? Are you on broadband now?

Today has been one of the most hectic days yet... 12,000 page loads. Only bigger day was late registration opening day, which was 16,000 page loads. Normal usage is 2000-3000 page loads a day.

i have had broadband for about 3 years. i truly doubt its my connection.
