***Important Information for Students***
For students enrolled in the Summer 2004 quarter, the fee amounts have been posted to your student account. All fee bill information is available online. Paper fee bills will not be mailed out by the university. We strongly urge you to review your student account balance at this time via the Web.

THE DEADLINE TO PAY IS FRIDAY, JUNE 4, 2004
IF THERE IS AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE AFTER JUNE 4, YOUR CLASSES WILL BE PURGED AND A HOLD WILL BE PLACED ON YOUR ACCOUNT.

Cal Poly Pomona has installed BroncoDirect, a newly expanded online service for students and the campus community, with links to Student Accounts & Cashier Services. There is a new look to your Web fee bill.

To access the Web account/fee bill and the Web pay site, go to
http://broncodirect.csupomo na.edu and click on the BroncoDirect icon.

To log in, you need your BroncoNumber and password. If you have forgotten your BroncoNumber and password, please call the Registrar’s Office at 909-869-3000.

For the VR system, dial (909)468-5020 from a touchtone telephone. Your new
BroncoNumber and your current PIN (instead of the new password) will be
required. Select option 2 for billing information. Then select option 1 for
information about your student account balance and to make a payment through the VR system.

The Cashier Services Office is open during normal business hours. Payments by check can be dropped into the lock-box in front of the Cashier Services Office after business hours. Please make sure your BroncoNumber is written on the check. Do not put cash in the lock-box.
