![]() | forget the lame excuse for a campus newspaper that makes motocross a priority over our team, the lousy web site that is the worst anywhere and the lack of timely sports information. it's time for our annual classic border war. this is a shout out to bronco, hall, pl28, the x-man and all true bronco fans. this game is huge for both teams. lakdod and i will be looking for you at the game. getting ready for midterms can wait. |

![]() | welcome back to the house, 28. bring all your noisy friends, big signs and cowbells. the crowds this year have been very quiet and passive and it's time to awaken the new bronco faithful to kellogg krazees style. hall, go find the x-man. use a detective if necessary. we'll even take him in tow with that fullerton point guard he was drooling all over last year. as long as they back our teams all are welcome. lakdod will be in his customary seat, in the middle of the first row of the student section, the goofy looking guy with the bruin jersey (sometimes) and the backward baseball cap. a great pep band, free food, and two hard working teams in the hunt for the post season. who could ask for anything more? |

![]() | thanks for the shout, j-man, appreciate the vine. no, am not going to the game. i am done with bronco sports until somebody wakes up and fixes some things. they could care less about alums who are sports fans. nobody ever has contacted me about anything bronco related. meanwhile, fullerton athletics wants me on their advisory board of young alums. when you're blown off at one school and treated royally at another, and a DI at that, what would you do? ha, drooling...but you are right. that lauren chow is one smokin' hot hottie and still doing her thing as the titans point guard. have seen her "in action" a couple of times this year, oh mama! she is fine! but a shout back to all my old bronco buds. you guys on campus need to make enough noise to fix the mess in the athletic department before the whole thing goes south. the sports information guy should have been fired long ago for incompetence. the baseball coach never took a three time national champion program into the ncaa playoffs once in fifteen years? he's still around? and they don't even have a development director? why didn't they give the job to hervey? hall and i may disagree about his on court play but nobody i know was more popular on campus. will they hire another dud who is clueless? probably. i am really surprised coach kamansky is still around. we see paul thomas now and then becuz his team plays a lot of big west games and coach k. is at least as good if not better. he must be fed up there. xx |

![]() | coach thomas is having a tough go of it in the west coast conference but he knew that going in. i saw him after the utah state game last year. your points are valid, x-man, and we all are frustrated about these things. you can't blame the state budget for everything. as lakdod says, the crowds have been without zeal all year. things just aren't the same anymore. speaking of, where are those predictions that were promised about the border war? will mr. clean bring his windex routine for the big showdown? |

![]() | okay prediction time. It will be a typical border war battle.(we should create a new nickname for the rivalry and see if it catch. border war is okay but i think we can create a better one) the coyotes would concetrate on stopping LG and he would be only be held to 10 pts but will get his double double. I think the key of the game will be how swift plays. If Swift have a big game we will win. sn bernardino star big man will have an average game. the broncos seem to do a good job stoping good big guys. anyways final score. It will be a close game and the broncos will pull it out the win in the last min of the game. broncos 68- coyotes 63. |

![]() | i'll take it, lakdod. and you have about a 95 per cent correct prediction record working in your favor. i used border war because we're on the east side of our county and they're on the west side of theirs. that makes a lot more sense than the ridiculous metaphor of "crosstown rivalry" used by the athletic department...unless that sleepy guy the x-man and others want gone now thinks the coyotes play their ball on the other side of pomona???? central to our victory will be shooting close to 40 per cent or better from downtown and hitting at least two thirds of our charities. larry will get his boards, but we've been sporadic once again in those two categories. and i really hope the crowd will finally come to life. it's been like a morgue at kellogg most of the time. |

![]() | the only two name for the rilvalry is the battle in the inland empire or the intersection rilvary( with all the freeways that are right next to both campus.) Crosstown rilvary is pathetic were not in the same city or county and that is save for the true crosstown rilvary ucla vs usc. |

![]() | of course, lakdod. the trojans and bruins are literally on other ends of los angeles. as you say we're not even in the same county let alone city. our school keeps looking dumber than dumb. sometimes i wonder if we'd be better off just to shut the web site down entirely. |

![]() | yeah, that one makes a lot of sense, doesn't it? broncos are ranked ninth in the previous poll. okay, that's fair. so we sweep all four games since then, including a victory over the number two ranked team in region and they send two teams behind us above? chaminade is in that weak pacific west conference. they almost always fold in regionals. as you say, just win baby. |
