Important Information for Cal Poly Pomona Students
Preregistration Spring 2004 Quarter


Preregistration for Spring 2004 quarter for continuing students via Voice Response. Registration ends Thursday, February 12, 2004. Fee Bills will be available February 16, via the Web. The deadline to pay Spring Quarter 2004 fees is Friday, March 05, 2004.

For the VR system dial (909)468-5020 from a touchtone telephone. Select option 2 for billing information. Then select option 1 for information about your student account balance and to make a payment.

One Day Delay in Spring 2004 Quarter Web Fee Bill

Due to technical difficulties, the Spring 2004 Quarter billing amounts will
appear on students’ account after 12:00 noon on Tuesday, February 17, 2004. We regret any inconvenience this one day delay may cause you.

As you are aware, students’ account information is available On-Line, no paper Fee Bills are mailed out by Cal Poly Pomona. We strongly urge you to review your student account balance via the web after 12:00 noon starting February 17, 2004. The deadline to pay Spring Quarter 2004 fees is Friday, March 05, 2004.

Online credit card and VR payment features are available February 17 – March 05, 2004. To access the web account/fee bill and the web pay site, go to
