Dr. Sharonda Wallace, a Cal Poly Pomona assistant professor of Human Nutrition, is participating in a research project with Cal State Fullerton's Center for the Promotion of Healthy Lifestyles' Nutrition Study. This project is recruiting 300 women who are between 21 and 69 years old to participate in a free online program. The study requires completion of three nutrition questionnaires that are filled out online. Those accepted into the project will be randomly assigned into one of two groups. Time commitment is approximately 15 minutes per week for six weeks, followed by a 15-minute assessment two months later.
